Our luxurious massage cream works as an excellent treatment to ease aching and tired muscles whilst ensuring all the senses are attended to. Lavender is wonderful for those weary muscles, swollen joints and bruising, and the rosemary can help relieve arthritis and calm the body. 
 
Simply put a sufficient amount of massage cream into the hollow of your hand, and rub between your palms to bring to body temperature. Apply generously to required area using upward and outward strokes, and repeat each massage stroke 5 times until cream is completely absorbed into the skin.
